History
(Clearspring, Washington County: L. J. Grove) The Clearspring Sentinel began publication April 14, 1849[?] and ceased February 20, 1851[?]. It was published weekly. Title history based on October 27, 1849. The newspaper was continued by the Potomac Sentinel (Williamsport: 1851).
