History
(Salisbury, Wicomico County: L. Malone) The Salisbury Advertiser and Eastern Shoreman ceased publication January 10, 1885 [v. 18, no. 22]. It was published weekly. Title history based on February 21, 1880 [v. 13, no. 25]. The newspaper was formed by the union of the Salisbury Advertiser (Salisbury: 1867) and the Eastern Shoreman (Salisbury: 1868) and was continued by the Salisbury Advertiser (Salisbury: 1885).
