History
(Towson, Baltimore County: Union News Pub. Co., Inc.)

The Union News began publication June 15, 1912 [v. 63, no. 2475] and ceased April 3, 1959 [v. 109, no. 14]. It was published weekly. Other editions include the Union News (Towson: Waverly edition). The newspaper continues the Baltimore County Union, the Towson News (Towson: 1909), absorbed the Baltimore County Observer (Middle River: 1945), and merged with the Eastern Enterprise (Essex: 1949) to form the County Paper (Towson: 1959).
