Newspaper, Easton Journal
History
(Easton, Talbot County: Arthur Brown) The Easton Journal began publication August 4, 1863 [v. 1, no. 1] and ceased October 15, 1874 [v. 12, no. 11]. It was published weekly. The newspaper was continued by the Easton Ledger (Easton: 1874). Microfilming of these newspapers was made possible through funds provided by the Maryland State Archives and the United States Newspaper Program of the Library of Congress and the Office of Preservation, National Endowment for the Humanities.
