The Anne Arundel Times and South County Sentinel (Glen Burnie edition) began publication May 7, 1970 [v. 19, no. 29]. It was published weekly. Other editions include the Anne Arundel Times and County Sentinel (Annapolis). The newspaper was formed by the union of the South County Sentinel and the Anne Arundel Times (Glen Burnie: 1969).

Archives' collection include issues for July 1-4, 1976 bicentennial edition (MSA SC 1536) and September 7-28, 1978.
