(Baltimore: The Book Committee, Methodist Protestant Church) The Methodist Protestant & Family Vistor began publication in 1838[?] and ceased in 1842. It was published weekly. Title history based on September 15, 1838 [v. 5, no. 7]. It was also published as the Methodist Protestant and Family Visitor. The newspaper continues the Methodist Protestant (Baltimore: 1834) and was continued by the Methodist Protestant (Baltimore: 1842).
