(Baltimore: D.S. Carr) The Baltimore Republican and Commercial Advertiser ceased publication December 9, 1837. It was published daily, except Sunday. Title history based on March 28, 1829. It was also published as the Baltimore Republican & Commercial Advertiser and Republican and Commercial Advertiser. Other editions include the Baltimore Republican (Baltimore: 1827). The newspaper continues the Baltimore Republican (Baltimore: 1827: daily) and was continued by the Baltimore Republican (Baltimore: 1837).
