History
(Princess Anne, Somerset County: C.C. Carroll) The Herald began publication in 1838 and ceased August 28, 1838 [v. 11, no. 15]. It was published weekly. Title history based on May 22, 1838 [v. 11, no. 1]. The newspaper continues the Village Herald (Princess Anne: 1827) and was continued by the Somerset Herald (Princess Anne: 1838).
