The newspaper continues the Bond of Union and Weekly Advertiser (Bel Air: 1820). For abstracts, see: F. Edward Wright, Newspaper Abstracts of Cecil and Harford Counties 1822-1830 (Silver Spring, MD: Family Line Publications, 1984).
