Description
James J. Hill was born in Washington, DC, March 1, 1926, and died in Baltimore, Maryland, November 29, 2022. James Hill served in U.S. Navy (Pacific) during WWII, and received his Ph.D. in Medieval Studies from Johns Hopkins Univeristy. Dr. Hill taught Philosophy at Towson State University for many years, served as Maryland Anti-Death Penalty Coordinator for Amnesty International and gave back to the community by serving in the Baltimore office of Alcoholics Anonymous.
