Description
IN PROCESSING The papers of Al Copp from his years developing Baltimore City's Inner Harbor while working with Charel Center-Inner Harbor Management (CCIH). His work began under Mayor William Donald Schaefer when Martin "Marty" Millspaugh was CEO of the managment company. Mr. Copp later succeeded Mr. Millspaugh as CEO. Also included is a full timeline and chronology of Inner Harbor development from its inception compiled by Barbara Bonnell, Marketing Manger of CCIH.
