Description
Letter to Mr. E. W. Seabrook Hull from Spiro T. Agnew, Governor of Maryland, extending "personal commendations and congratulations" on the success of the Governor's Conference on the Chesapeake Bay, September 12-13, 1968. Hull was one of the members of the Steering Committee and was also Chairman of the Public Relations Committee.
