Description
Pen, mounted with a State of Maryland seal in a wood frame. Governor Marvin Mandel used the pen to sign House Bill 128 into law (Chapter 365, Acts of 1972, ratified November 7, 1972). State Lottery Law pen presented to Robert J. Laird for his service as Deputy Director of Marketing at the State Lottery Commission.
