Church register, Talbot Circuit Record Book, 1875-1892 containing records of the following Talbot County Methodist congregations: Chattham (now Neavitt United Methodist Church); Tilghman Island; Broad Creek Neck (now Bozman United Methodist); Bayside (now Wittman United Methodist) and Poplar Island.

Book sections include: Historical Record, Pastoral and Statistical Record, Chronological Record of Members, Class Records, Probationers' Record, Alphabetical Record of Members in Full Connection, Marriage Record, and Record of Baptisms.
