Two 12"x8" color photographs of the unveiling of the oil portrait of Lucille "Lucy" Maurer, who was the Treasurer of Maryland from 1987 to 1996. One is signed to judi (judy Horowitz) from Parris N. Glendening, the Governor of Maryland from 1995 to 2003.
