Framed certificate listing the achievements of William Donald Schaefer from November 2, 1921, his birth, to 1982, being named Distinguished Mayor by the National Urban Coalition, color stamps next to each achievement, three of which are missing: 1955, 1967, 1979, given by U.S. Postal Service through Warren M. Bloomberg, Manger Postmaster, Baltimore, Maryland, 21233, and Royal V. Craig, Chairman, Baltimore Postal Customers Council, December 2, 1982.
