Certification certifying that Governor William Donald Schaefer met with Captain Gianluigi Aponte of the Mediterranean Shipping Company and Brendan O’Malley, Executive Director of the Port of Baltimore, on June 25th, 1990, and they agreed upon a lease between the Maryland Port Administration and the Mediterranean Shipping Company. Certification is signed by Governor William Donald Schaefer, Captain Aponte, and Director O’Malley.
