Description
Black binder labeled “Governor’s Book” containing “Thank You” notes, newspaper
clippings, and other correspondences to the Honorable Governor William Donald
Schaefer from December of 1987 through February of 1988. A few correspondences
include: A letter from Justice Sandra Day O’Connor of the United States Supreme Court,
a letter from Pennsylvania Governor Robert P. Casey, and a letter from Virginia
Governor Gerald L. Baliles.

A menu and guest list from the celebration of Governor William Donald Schaefer’s
entourage from Maryland to China, hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the
Republic of China, as well as a letter from Harry E. Fletcher, President of the
Washington Bible College.
