Description
Black binder labeled “Governor’s Book” containing “Thank You” notes, newspaper
clippings, and other correspondences to the Honorable Governor William Donald
Schaefer from September of 1989 through October of 1989. A few correspondences
include: a letter from President George H. W. Bush, a letter from Admiral William J.
Crowe Jr., and 2 license plates from the 1989 Southern Governor’s Association that
read, “William Donald Schaefer Governor State of Maryland”

clippings, and other correspondences to the Honorable Governor William Donald
Schaefer from October of 1990 through November of 1990. A few correspondences
include: a letter from President George H. W. Bush, a letter from Senator Barbara A.
Mikulski, and a copy of Governor William Donald Schaefer’s “Victory Speech” from
November 6th, 1990.
