- Black binder labeled “Governor’s Book” containing “Thank You” notes, newspaper clippings, and other correspondences to the Honorable Governor William Donald Schaefer from March of 1992 through April of 1992. A few correspondences include: a nearly two page letter from President George H. W. Bush, an original poem by Elizabeth “Beth” Stephens titled “Luv The Guv”, and a photocopy of a photo of Former President James Earl “Jimmy” Carter with Governor William Donald Schaefer, Bob Wilson, and John Best.

Paul Martin; a letter from United States Senator, Bob Dole; a signed headshot of actor Kieth Amos, addressed to the Governor; and a photocopy of an article from the Thursday, January 30, 1992 issue of The Star-Democrat titled “Governor signs ball” about Governor Schaefer signing a “giant” baseball carrying the emblem of the Baltimore Orioles at Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
