Description
1. Wooden plaque presented to William Donald Schaefer in appreciation of his support and encouragement on behalf of IBM's Worldwide Air Traffic Control Organization, June 5, 1991.

Wooden plaque with seal and engraved plate presented to the "Honorable Wm Donald Schaefer, Governor of the State of Maryland in commemoration of your visit to the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases…" and to recognize his interest in their work, November 10, 1987.
