Caution: most local Baltimore news will not be found in the National Edition which is currently indexed and available on line from ProQuest from the Baltimore County Public Library. For example, Martin Luther King's address to the graduating class of Morgan State College in 1958 only occurs in the Washington and Late Baltimore City editions.
