Nancy,

We have been running into trouble uploading a large number of files for Ed to ecpclio. The files, totaling a little over 55 GB, are located at \\Msascan3\e\msaref_completed_staff_req\msa_sc5458_51_5267

I have tried several times to upload, but the program crashes / times out after uploading 7% to 25% of the files. Have you run into this issue before with Ecpclio? Wei and Frank are both out the next two weeks, but I am hoping that this may ring a bell for you! We need to have this uploaded by Friday, August 3rd, if it at all possible. Is it simply because the total file sizes are simply too large?

One thing I just noticed: only the pdf files in each folder need to be uploaded. Unfortunately, these are still too large, with the program time out after 58% is uploaded when I tried one of the pdf folders. (located at \\Msascan3\e\msaref_completed_staff_req\msa_sc5458_51_5267\MdHR_821343-1\pdf)
